  4. Refunds:

    • If you choose a refund, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
    • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    • The refund amount may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  5. Exchanges:

    • If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly assist you in finding an alternative item of equal or lesser value.
    • If the desired item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

  6. Exceptions:

    • Final sale items or items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
